Additional Details This position will report into and work closely with the CEO.The ideal candidate has over 15+ years of experience (majority in tech), has sat in a General Counsel seat before and is extremely commercial savvy.This position will be heavily involved in restructuring and streamlining all commercial functions on a global scale. IP/Licensing background strongly preferredA background in Big Law and top law school is strongly preferredThis has the option to be a remote role, but there is also an on-site option TBD
