Our Legal team is a cross functional team that supports the company with legal protection as well as advice to all of the divisions. You will be working with suppliers for our manufacturing plant, negotiating with current and future vendors, and supporting sales deals of our products. Not only will you be supporting legal aspects of the company but there are opportunities to work as partners with the business side and upward growth.
Core Responsibilities: Contract Review, Drafting, & NegotiationsAnswering questions internally to mitigate risk with various organizations
Minimum Qualifications:Active J.D. in the United States from an accredited law school5+ years of experience supporting commercial contracts with contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiations3-7+ years of working with a national law firm (AM Law 100 firm is ideal)Experience supporting or reviewing work in a manufacturing or renewable energy industry
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with IP or patent lawExperience with renewable energy or general utilities such as distributed generation or power purchase agreementsExperience with regulatory tax lawMulticultural and/or speaks Korean
Goals and Objectives:On a day-to-day basis, we are looking for a candidate to join a leader in hydrogen fuel cells and energy solutions. A large majority of their time is going to be spent on contract review and drafting. These contracts will be based upon the inflow and output of materials and products for manufacturing, staffing labors, and intellectual property & patent law. They would be dealing with over 100 suppliers and closing deals with customers as big as Coca-Cola and Amazon. The other portion of the job will involve working internally to answer various legal questions. Organizations within the company will have different needs and will need counsel to guide them to mitigate risk, and make advantageous decisions.

Compensation:$180,000 to $240,000 per year annual salary.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.
